Dr. Eng graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1997.  He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the combined Tufts University – Boston University  in 2001.  He received his Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 2001. 

Dr. Eng is currently a Clinical Instructor in the Discipline of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry and maintains a visiting clinical teaching position in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston.  He has previously been a clinical instructor at the Implant Prosthodontic Unit at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry. 

He is a member of the Ontario Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons the International  Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesia.  He is a Member of the American  Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Chinese Canadian Dental Society.  He is a past President of the Ontario Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

When not working or teaching, Dr. Eng enjoys spending his time with his family and friends, travelling and photography.
